Content Creation
Indago Development recently worked with leaders of a group of care homes in the UK to design a programme to support managers and leaders in their 700-employer organisation. The tailored programme included seminars, group workshops and one-on-one coaching sessions for senior leaders which, in turn, led to Indago working with some managers and leaders in each care home.
Driven by the needs of organisation, the programme enabled participants to reflect on their experiences, identify areas for improvement and build the confidence necessary to thrive in leadership roles.
Key themes that were addressed included self-awareness, strategic thinking and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. Participants were encouraged to confront their own challenges and align personal values with professional responsibilities.
Feedback from participants was highly complementary. They said that they were able to forge stronger connections with their teams, navigate complex situations with greater resilience and implement more effective strategies on a daily basis in light of the ‘practical tips’ offered.
Indago Development carries out surveys throughout the process and meets with senior leaders to ensure the feedback determines the next steps. It’s a valuable tool to shape content creation to meet the needs of the wider organisation.
