Bhavin Tailor
Director of Education & Programmes
Bhavin is a former Secondary school teacher and, most recently, the Headteacher of an 11-18 school in England. With 19 years in education, he has worked with various stakeholders such as local authorities on strategy for improvement. He has extensive experience in organisational leadership and management, teaching and learning, curriculum development, training delivery and public speaking.​
​
​Bhavin is also a leadership coach, developing individuals and teams to enhance productivity. He has a BA in Philosophy and Politics and holds a Headship Qualification (NPQH). Bhavin is also a Trustee for a Multi-Academy Trust (MAT).

Kristian Frantzen
Director of Leadership & Coaching
Kristian is Doctor of Chiropractic and provides sports therapy to many clients, including elite athletes. He also has extensive experiences in business strategy, leadership development and in health and social care. He has collaborated with prominent organisations like the International Olympic Committee and Dubai Government​.

Kristian holds an MBA specialising in emotional intelligence and is an executive coach. He is fluent in French and English and regularly speaks at conferences on health and leadership.​​

Jason Carder
Social Care Trainer & Coach
Jason (Jay) has been deeply involved in health and social care since age 16. Over 30 years in the sector, he has gained vast experiences in various social care setting across England. Most importantly, for Jay, is the genuine care of people and how this can be instilled in others. As a result, Jay now works as a trainer for the New-Entrant Programme and he also coaches individuals within the sector.​

Jay is passionate about training the new generation of carers to emulate this shared vision of great quality care.
Meaghan Ryder-Green
Research & Development Lead
Meaghan is an experienced educator with a background in both Primary and Secondary schools in England. She has served as a teacher and Assistant SENDCo, working in specialist educational environments and collaborating with local authorities and external agencies. ​

With an MSc in Psychology in Education and a member of the British Psychological Society, she has led CPD sessions, applying psychological principles to improve teaching, learning and student support, along with curriculum development.​
Craig Burgess
Director of Operations
Craig is a highly experienced leader, with 30 years in operations and governance within the UK and Australia’s not-for-profit sectors. As a former Chief Operating Officer for a youth-focused charity, Craig’s expertise spans finance, human resources, project management and business transformation.
Craig is passionate about creating opportunities for people to advance regardless of their backgrounds, Craig is a Clore Social Leadership Fellow and, in addition to his qualifications in IT, is currently pursuing an MBA. He also serves as a Trustee Board Member at Voluntary Action Islington.
Rosie Cullum
Business Development Lead
Rosie has over 10 years of experience in administration in a range of organisations. As a result, she excels in workflow optimisation and operational efficiency. Rosie has also worked in the care sector in the south of England and brings a real insight into care and nursing home operations.

Rosie's background in business development enables her to drive growth by identifying opportunities and building partnerships.
Tabita, Registered Manager
