OSCE Training Programme

The OSCE Training Programme by Indago Development is designed to equip new-entrant nurses with the skills and confidence they need to excel in the social care sector. Developed by our team of clinical consultants, the programme provides targeted support to meet the unique challenges faced by social care nurses, ensuring they are prepared for OSCE success.

Addressing Real Challenges

Our research shows that only 43.5% of nurses passed the OSCE on their first attempt in early 2024. Nurses in social care often face additional barriers, such as limited access to clinical skills practice, compared to NHS-supported applicants. Existing training programmes are primarily NHS-focused, leaving a gap for social care nurses that our programme aims to fill.

Why Choose Indago Development?

Indago Development’s OSCE Programme is crafted to bridge this gap, offering a humanistic and practical approach. With a commitment to workforce development, we’re focused on helping nurses succeed in their OSCE journey and beyond.

"The dementia training was very good. They got us to wear black sunglasses to experience how it feels for residents who can’t see well and how to correct guide someone to move. It helped me understand their challenges better"
